The inspiration for Mr. Cookie came from Kenny "KDOG" Cauthen. Kenny was a star debator at The University of Texas in Austin and Baylor University. He loved anything chocolate, but especially chocolate chip cookies. His mom and dad made them for him all the time. Some of the happiest memories were fighting over who got to pick the first cookie hot out of the oven, while the milk and glasses were in the freezer, You see, early on, we knew each cookie had a personality all its own. That's why, today, Mr. Cookie hand places the chocolate chips on top of each one of our Signature Chocolate Chip cookies before baking, so that each cookie is a masterpiece. Kenny passed away unexpectedly in 2016 and Mr. Cookie is a testimony to his great love for the perfect cookie.
